Saber News Telegram Channel wrote in a breaking news item that ISIS terrorists attacked the people of Al-Abara area in Diyala province with hand grenades and sniper rifles.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a gathering of Iraqi army forces, killing at least 11 people and wounding 11 others, officials said.
SaberNews reported minutes later that the death toll from the terrorist attack had risen to five martyrs, including three children, as well as six wounded.
